DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Delivery is approx 5 working days from order (Monday to Friday) but usually sooner. Alternatively, a specific delivery date can be requested at a small charge.

At Loorolls.com we use two methods of delivering. For pallets we use Hanlink who are part of a nationwide pallet network. For parcels we use Federal Express who provide a good reliable service.

For 'Full Pallets', delivery is free to most areas of the UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). For deliveries to Ireland and other certain areas i.e. Highlands of Scotland there is an extra charge as our transport company pass on charges for difficult to get places. When this occurs we will contact you immediatly to let you know additional costs.

For 'Parcels' a courier charge will be added to you shopping basket at the end of your shop. Our courier charge is £7.75+vat for parcels up to 25kg. If in your shopping basket you have gone over  25kg you will automatically start another parcel to be priced at another £7.75+vat per parcel. A parcel will be with you next working day or the day after.

Loorolls.com can deliver anywhere else in the world if the customer pays the carriage - please ask for a quote.

When placing an order it is important to inform us of of any delivery restrictions you may have. i.e.

  • Do you require a taillift?
  • Is there any time throughout the 5 day week you cannot accept deliveries?
  • Are deliveries to be booked in?

 The more information we have will help us to provide a much better service to all our customers.

Payments:

We can take payments via any of the following methods:

  • On Account (For Account Holders) - by Cheque or BACS

  • Online with Secure Sagepay Checkout. 

Payments are taken online using Sagepay Checkout using Secure Encryption
